Hello everyone!  I am a former high school English teacher, now an author and publisher of Literature and Writing Guides for middle and high school English Language Arts teachers.  I am brand new to We Teach, so I am very excited to be able to learn and share with you all!  If anyone is interested, my blog is Secondary Solutions, and I am on Twitter and Facebook, where I love to give away free stuff!  Hope to see you there as well!

I am a high school teacher with 27 years of experience teaching Biology, Chemistry, and AP Biology.  I am really looking forward to a great exchange of ideas here.  My blog is called Science Stuff and has links to some free teaching materials for Biology and Chemistry.

Neither of my kids actually fit this age group, but I am teaching the content to my oldest and some what to my youngest as he often listens to his sister's lectures.   I have really come to love the website Khan Academy for alternative instruction/exercises in both Math and Science.

I am so glad this group was highlighted in the last newsletter. So often older kids are overlooked, even though they still really need help in school. What a great group! I can't wait to start sharing!!

This is a super idea!! So glad you started this group, Karina!
The 'bigger kids' need to be represented, too!
