We've been busy with our indoor camping theme again and progressing to this week's theme of First Nations.

We've tried our hands (not entirely successfully) at building a solar oven

Two new things to share from my world this week:

I lead a project called Kindergarten Around the World, which is a twitter-based virtual exchange/penpal project for young children. It is not limited to kindergarten, although that is the age of most participating classes. You can check it out here: http://kindergartenaroundtheworld.blogspot.ca/p/welcome.html. I'm back student teaching again soon (where did the summer go?)!

I am going to be student teaching at "S-School" and would love some feedback regarding introducing classroom management.

I also wrote about possiblyfilming my student teaching for the WBT Certification program.

It feels like it has been forever since I have shared anything! It is good to be back :)
