Michelle Willow left a comment for Storybook ScienceAll moms see their children as special, but how do you react when the world says your son is “special needs”? With one diagnosis, your whole world seems to change in an instant. The child you thought was just a little different is now considered special for all the wrong reasons. Megan Spires said… La Tasha,
So glad you've joined our Teaching Boys group. Just checked out your Storybook Science site...AWESOME!!!! I have 4 boys, ages 2,4,6 and 8. We LOVE hands on learning and really try to do as much of our learning away from the table (or desk) and even farther away from text books. Admittedly, I have a few text books, but they are strictly reference tools for mom.
Please feel free to join any conversations going or create your own discussion. Really looking forward to getting to know you more and learning from you.
Blessings to you,
Megan
