I apologize for this message as i just found it! Wow almost a year ago. Anyway....One year later I did get another publisher, (we actually did our own). The book will be 10.00 a copy and will include an audio CD. I am so excited. Our kinesthetic workbooks are at the printer and should be copyrighted and ready to go within the month!
